During the Credai Hyderabad Property show, N Jaiveer Reddy, the Credai Hyderabad president, explained that the current property market is stable and signalling improvement. This is as the Hyderabad and Secunderabad twin cities offer world class amenities and infrastructure. The Hyderabad property show is in a position to drive the market further and will provide the optimal real estate choices to buyers. It is strongly believed that this is the ideal time to purchase property as prices are to rise in the near future.
It was highlighted that the property show had over 350 projects on display, including gated communities, apartments, villas, plus row houses throughout the twin cities. More than 60,000 people also visited the event.
